》Do NOT try to scam me after reading my TOS. If you try to force a refund via PayPal or other payment methods I will report you!
》I will report you as a scammer on any social media platform you contacted me on!
》I will then blacklist you!
》Finally I will make sure that other artists are aware of you being a scammer!!^{This behavior will not be tolerated!}

》 Information《

》 I have the right to use the work for promotional purposes.
(Commission samples, quick paintings, speedpaints, streams, ect. Will not stream or do a speedpaint if you opt out of that. But, I have every right to post the final product!).》 The terms and prices may change without prior notice.

》Storage《

》I will not keep your work for more than a month. So after a month there is a good chance the original work has been removed. This does take disk space and that is limited. So be aware if you wish to wait to buy commercial rights.

》Watermark/Signitures《

》I can send a watermarked version if you wish.
》My signature will be on the work somewhere on the work.
》If you buy commercial rights and it has been within the time that I have not deleted the work I can remove the signature from the work if you would like.

》Payment《

》Minimum payment half up front! Only refundable if I have not started and you have not gotten a single update.
》Rest of the payment will be when I start the finished version. If this is just line art then I will not start line art till after you pay. If it's a colored image you will need to pay before I start the coloring. Only refundable if I have not started. Otherwise if I have started not refundable!

》Time《

》 I currently have a job so it will take a bit to do any art piece. Some may take a week while others might take a month. If something happens I will contact you and let you know if things will take a bit longer then expected. If you change your contact info or anything that may make it impossible for me to inform you about such information. You must let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise it is NOT my fault you were not kept up to date about something happening!
